OPERATING PRINCIPLES
Route selection and issue handling
Operational decisions start with the actual use case. Regions, network topologies, and protocols each involve trade-offs, so no single label replaces a complete explanation.
Choose routes by use case
When the destination region is clear, start with a geographically nearby route. For peak hours or long-lived connections, consider the characteristics of IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections instead of applying one route to every use case.
Keep the rules transparent
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. Traffic packages remain valid until used and never expire. Plan differences, payment methods, and the refund policy are explained on their respective pages to reduce confusion.
Identify the cause, then resolve it
When connection issues arise, first distinguish between the device, client, protocol, and specific route, then check each one in turn. If a route needs to be changed, base the decision on the current use case and connection performance rather than repeatedly changing every setting.
Lower the sign-up barrier
Sign-up requires only a username and password—no email address. Clients and subscriptions are accessed through the user panel, keeping delivery points out of public pages.
