Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how VPNGY collects, uses, stores and deletes data when providing cross-border network access, processing subscription orders and maintaining its website. Please read the following before using the service. By continuing to use the website or user panel, you acknowledge the data practices described in this policy.
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient, so an email address is not mandatory for registration. VPNGY processes usernames, password credentials used for authentication, login sessions and necessary account settings to identify accounts, maintain sessions and provide user panel features. Any email address or other information voluntarily included in a support ticket is used only to handle that request.
Subscription and payment activity generates order records, including the selected item, amount, payment method, payment status, and creation and completion status. This information is used to deliver subscriptions, verify billing, process refund requests and resolve transaction disputes. The website may also collect usage data such as page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category and error information to identify page issues, understand content usage and maintain service security.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNGY does not record which websites users visit, retain specific webpages requested, or store transmitted or communication content, and does not build browsing profiles tied to user identities. Network traffic is processed only as needed to provide connectivity and is not used for advertising profiles or sold to data brokers.
To authenticate accounts, measure traffic usage, troubleshoot faults and maintain security, the system may process connection status, account traffic usage and error events. Such operational data is limited to what is needed for the relevant functions. Temporary diagnostic records are deleted or de-identified when troubleshooting ends or they are no longer needed, and are not retained as long-term browsing histories. Diagnostic information voluntarily attached to a support ticket is managed together with that ticket.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save session status, interface language, login credential identifiers and necessary feature preferences. This data keeps users signed in, restores their choices and helps pages function properly; it is not used to build cross-site advertising profiles.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, the login session and saved preferences may be lost, requiring users to sign in again or choose their settings again. If the browser completely blocks necessary storage, authentication, order and subscription management features in the user panel may not work properly.
Third-Party Payment Processing
VPNGY supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment provider, whose own privacy rules apply to payment account details, authorization information and risk-control data. VPNGY generally receives the payment result, transaction identifier and status information needed to complete an order, and does not directly store complete credentials for third-party payment accounts.
When processing refunds, investigating duplicate charges or resolving transaction disputes, necessary order information may be checked between VPNGY and the relevant payment provider. The scope is limited to information needed to verify the transaction, fulfill the order and resolve the dispute.
Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates
Account details are retained while the account remains active. Order and refund records are kept for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes and meet applicable requirements. Usage data, error events and security records are retained only until their processing purpose is complete, then deleted, aggregated or de-identified. Actual retention periods may vary depending on the data's purpose and the status of any dispute.
Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data. After an account is deleted, data unrelated to ongoing service delivery will be deleted or de-identified. Records subject to an order dispute, refund processing or a legal retention requirement will be handled after the relevant obligation ends. Once a deletion request is completed, related account features and settings not saved elsewhere may not be recoverable.
This policy may change as service processes, data practices or applicable requirements evolve. Updates will be posted on this page, with the version identified by the “Last updated” date at the top. When there is a material change to data practices, users should review the relevant terms again before continuing to use the service.
