Service Scope and Applicability
VPNGY provides international route access, route scheduling, subscription management, and access to client downloads to improve connection paths when accessing international websites, online tools, and digital content. The service covers 110+ countries / 150+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes may change according to network conditions, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation.
Actual connection results may be affected by the region, network environment, device settings, and access policies of the target service. VPNGY may maintain, replace, or schedule routes based on their status, but does not guarantee that any specified region, route type, protocol, or third-party service will remain in the same condition. Users should select routes appropriate to their needs and keep local configurations secure.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users should choose a password that is difficult to guess and keep their account credentials secure. Users are responsible for account access and configuration risks caused by exposed credentials, entrusting them to others, or saving them on untrusted devices.
An active subscription supports simultaneous use on unlimited devices, but only by the account holder and devices under that person’s control. Do not publicly share accounts, distribute subscription configurations in bulk, resell the service, rent out access, or package a personal subscription as another commercial service. If unusual distribution, resale, or activity clearly beyond reasonable personal use is detected, VPNGY may restrict access and review the account status.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. The user panel is the authoritative source for subscription status, available traffic, and activation records. See the refund policy; a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of any region connected to their use of the service, and are responsible for activities initiated through their account. The service may not be used to infringe the lawful rights of others, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, commit fraud, disrupt network facilities, send abusive traffic, or engage in other unlawful activity.
Users must not probe, scan, or attack VPNGY systems, routes, or management interfaces; evade account permissions, billing rules, or resource controls; or place abnormal loads on the service through automation. When VPNGY receives a valid compliance request, rights notice, or security incident report, it may take necessary steps to investigate, restrict access, and manage the risk.
Availability and Liability
VPNGY performs route maintenance, fault handling, and resource scheduling. However, cross-region network connections are affected by local networks, upstream routes, device systems, target websites, and events beyond control. The service may therefore experience brief interruptions, route changes, or temporary unavailability of some features. Relevant entry points and routes may also be affected during planned maintenance or emergency response.
Users should determine whether the service is suitable for a particular purpose and keep necessary backups of important materials, workflows, and account information. To the extent permitted by law, VPNGY is not responsible for the content, policies, feature changes, or interruptions of third-party websites, nor for losses caused by device failures, incorrect configurations, mishandled credentials, or violations of these terms.
Restrictions, Termination, and Changes
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, damage service facilities, continuously generate abnormal traffic, infringe the rights of others, or violate applicable laws and regulations, VPNGY may restrict features, suspend access, or terminate the service according to the impact. To protect the system and other users, urgent security risks may be addressed first, with available details then provided through the user panel.
VPNGY may update these terms in response to service changes, compliance requirements, or security mechanism updates. The revised text will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” month will be changed accordingly. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be communicated through available means on the website or in the user panel. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content; if you do not accept it, stop using the service.
